Juan Rubio is a certified public accountant with approximately 10 years of experience in the tax field. Juan specializes in international tax matters with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions. Juan obtained a BBA in Accounting and a MS in Taxation from Baruch College and a JD from New York Law School.
