The National Organization of Minority Architecture Students (NOMAS) is an organization for minority college students across the country. NOMAS chapters work to champion diversity within the design profession by promoting community engagement and the professional development of its members. NOMAS at CCNY aims to foster a community of minority architecture students and address the issue of diversity in the architecture field. Although City College is very diverse, it often does not reflect the workforce, a dilemma that NOMAS wants to solve by offering opportunities for its members.

Event Based Club

To engage our members effectively, NOMAS CCNY prioritizes dynamic participation through a diverse range of on- and off-campus events and programs. While we may occasionally convene for general body meetings on campus, our primary mode of interaction is through these engaging activities. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming events via our club posts and emails.

Inclusive Events

Recognizing the value of accessible resources, we actively share information and opportunities with the entire City College student body. By opening certain events to all students, we aim to maximize the reach and impact of our club's activities within the broader community.

Exclusive Events

As a NYCOBA | NOMA Chapter, we offer exclusive access to social and professional events off-campus for our paying members. This is a fantastic opportunity to network with other NOMA chapters and leverage the valuable benefits of your student chapter membership.
