Teachers for a Better Tomorrow (TFBT) is an Undergraduate Club in collaboration with the School of Education. This club provides students with experiences that make the journey through this program smoother, less stressful, and exposes you to opportunities that benefit your overall career. Being involved in TFBT has many benefits, including the following:

Events & Activities

  1. Information swapping sessions, where Education majors come together to share resources and feedback from fieldwork.
  2. Collaboration with educational institutions in the Harlem area.
  3. Workshops focused on expanding student qualifications to prepare them for entering the workforce.
  4. Social mixers to encourage collaboration with future educators at CCNY.

Educational Resources

  1. Internship, Job Opportunities, Student Observation Recommendations, Scholarships and more.
  2. Personalized peer advising on your School of Education pathway.
  3. Access to free online resources to boost your leadership, organization, and community planning skills.

  1. Teachers for a Better Tomorrow have deep roots alongside the School of Education as well as a robust alumni network that will allow you to forge lifelong connections with fellow educators.
  2. During cross-campus activities, you will be meeting and collaborating with other clubs and offices of the campus to propose, plan, and execute different events.
  3. Whether you attend our in person club hours or our Friday night Zoom hangouts, you will meet like-minded people who value the education of our nation's youth above all.
